I don't know myself anymore. Last Sunday was the Golden Globes. Did we crank up the DVR? Did we watch it and cheer for all the new, latest, artsy, awesome movies that we made sure we watched over the past year? Did we watch any artsy, awesome movies this past year? No. We didn't. Who are we? Aren't we the movie-lovers? The "wanna be movie buffs"? Yes we are . . . but we added a baby . . . which equals no Golden Globes. Are we nothing more than two overwhelmed, over-tired parents? Are we so focused on our little bundle of joy that we forget the importance of pop culture and award shows?
Yes. Yes we are.
Still love movies . . . but also have a kid.

This is exactly how I feel too. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
haha, well, i only glanced at this so i thought those were super bowl trophies and i thought this post was gonna be something like, "who are we? WE'RE THE PITTSBURGH STEELERS!"...guess i have a one-track mind these days.
