Well, SURPRISE!- I've done it again.
I am currently at the beach in North Carolina. Every time I come to the beach I say to myself, "Put on sunscreen before you step outside. You are fair-skinned and always get burnt". Do I listen to myself? No, I ignore myself. (Is that even possible?)
So I arrive, and shortly after my mother invites me to go power walking with her. Why not?
"Oh, I'm covered up enough with my T-shirt and my capri workout pants. I'm good I'll put sunscreen on when I go on the beach."
Let me introduce you to my tomato-red farmer's tan and candy cane legs. Awesome. My sister says it looks like someone dipped my appendages in Kool-Aid.

But wait! Where's the picture?
need. picture.
Why must I document my embarrassment in full color? I don't think I want this to "live on" forever. You might just have to use your imagination.
I ALWAYS do the "special place" thing. And the sunscreen one, too, of course, in the name of getting a little sun. Eventually I'll realize it's never "getting a little sun", but "getting a lot of cancer".
Remember when we went to Disneyland with Gaston and you wore a v-neck shirt and no sunscreen? That was also awesome.
What, no picture?!
Okay I do stuff like that all the time. But I'm so jelous that you are at the beach in NC. I love their beaches.
Yes! I do remember that awful v-neck sunburn- ah! And then I had to sing at your church. Maybe people just thought I was just having a "burning in my bosom"?
Sarah!

I feel your pain. I went hiking in the snow once with zip-off pants... and zipped off the bottom and didn't think to put on sun-screen....
Nasty. Where's the pic.....!!!?!?
