The other day I was lighting a match to light a candle in the bathroom (excuse, me, its none of your business why I had to light a candle in the bathroom). I lit the match, it broke in half and it burnt my fingers big time. In a panic, I lost all my common sense and dropped the match- right into the trash can. So, of course, the entire contents of the trash go up in flames. It was kind of a big fire. I mean the flames were really going- about a foot high. I yelled for help and Robbie ran in with a glass of water. Fireman Robbie. He's basically a hero. And I'm basically an idiot. :)

never a dull moment, huh?
So funny, and by the way, lighting a candle is the best...when you are in the bathroom ;)
Between pickle jars and matches, you guys are dangerous!
I love reading your blog, it keeps me laughing. Oh, and I'm glad you're ok.
awesome. i feel closer to you now, sarah. in a way i probably wouldn't have anticipated.
perfect title. And nobody needs to question what you were doing in the bathroom. It's common knowledge that all girls do in there is get pretty.
You're so funny! We watched Monk the other night which had guest star Steve Zahn in it. We always think of Robbie when we see him. So, we were thinking about you guys the other day. It sounds like you're doing great and having fun in Chicago. I love reading about what you're up too...usually good for a laugh. I hope Robbie is healing up after the pickle jar incident!
I think you and Robbie attract the most randomly hilariously scenarios ever! You two are great! Thanks again for picking me up last night. I enjoyed riding and chatting with you!
If you guys are coming to the inauguration, you'd better get all your cold-weather needs before you get here. Nothing is left anywhere, including hand warmers.
Ummm...DC, huh? I mean, I guess it's okay with me that you went there. As long as you blog about it.
Oh, and you asked me about the Nie button. You actually may have heard the story on that already. Nie is this girl with four kids and she writes this really cool blog about how fun it is to be a mom. She is only like 29 or something and is so cute. Anyway, her and her husband survived a plane crash in August. All these bloggers came together (she has a ton of readers) and put together different auctions and benefits for her and her husband. Her sister (CJane) kept Nie's blog going along with her own to keep everyone up to speed on what was happening as well as posting "Best of Nie Posts" until last Friday when Nie finally took her blog back. I love reading both Nie and CJane.
